It helps me get an understanding of what your initial concerns are. It is also an opportunity to answer any questions you might have. We can also discuss your insurance coverage and payment options. Sometimes I have to contact your insurance company before our first session. I attempt to return messages the same day I receive them.

My office hours are by appointment only and include time during the day, evening and on weekends.

Payment Options

I am am an in-network provider for the following insurance programs:

• Anthem and Blue Cross Blue Shield

• Cigna

• Harvard Pilgrim

• Optum

• United Behavioral Health

• Maine Community Health Options

• Martin’s Point U.S. Family Health Plan

If I do not accept your insurance plan you may be able to take advantage of out-of-network benefits. You will have to confirm this with your insurance company.

My self pay fee is $1oo for a one hour session not billed through insurance. Payment in cash, credit/debit card or personal check must be made at each session.

Location

My office is located at 169 Park Row in Brunswick. The number is on the building. It is a yellow house. Parking available on the street or in the lot behind the building. Use the front entrance and come up to the second floor.
